I read about Avant-Garden in a weekly magazine and have used it since (approx. 6 months).
A week ago, I was out of tablets and waited a bit before buying new ones. This resulted in all my former well-known symptoms returning to the surface. I became dizzy, nausea, exhausted and weary. My body became heavy as lead, I got headache and allergy. Last Friday I bought a new box and after just 75 minutes (!) I felt my head working properly again.
This became a revelation to me and I read on the box and found the Internet address. I had to know more about this product ! At the Internet I could read about other people’s experience which was just as positive as mine.
I use 4 tablets of Avant-Garden for breakfast together with seal oil capsules and it works brilliantly. (I have the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis which is a type of arthritis that dissolves the joints).

I have had shingles and have heard from different sources that it is a type of Herpes. I have had shingles twice. My doctors meant that the reason for it was my reduced immune defence system due to 2 shingles sores with several years in between. I have also had psoriasis sores which disappeared after 1 ½ years. I am now very troubled by rheumatism, both of my hands and both of my hips are operated due to wear and tear arthritis (prosthesis). I talked to a man from Bergen, Norway, Mr. Endre Vik. He is educated as a landscape architect but has used great parts of his life in research of substances that may strengthen the plants immune defence systems so they will be able to reject any diseases without the use of any pesticides. He has made a dissertation of this at the Norwegian University for Life Sciences and has made several clinical studies on their behalf confirming he was right. Later he transformed this into a food supplement for humans which today are the product Avant-Garden. It is patented. Endre Vik has arthritis himself. He has earlier on had a lot of pain from his arthritis, but this has become much better now. There have been published a big article in the Norwegian newspaper “Dagbladet”. He has performed a number of clinical studies in cooperation with a number of doctors at the University of Bergen, Norway, amongst others Dr. Birgitta Åsjø from the Institute of Immunology.

Persons with arthritis as a result of wear and tear or other reasons will always have a potential for improving and strengthen the so-called complement system inside the immune defence system together with Avant-Garden, which stimulates this. This may happen by taking calcium carbonate, chewing tablets or by drinking milk. There are 3 lines in the complement system and the one alternative one is not dependent by calcium carbonate, so if you have felt an improvement already, it is because of Avant-Garden stimulating this. If you take additional artificial tablets and milk, you will notice an improvement with the help from the two other defence lines, the traditional but also the lecithin line which is well known in other connections as well.
